Club Sessions for the week

 Speed Endurance
 3x5 minutes effort at 10k to 5k pace
 Plus the usual club runs
 10k Improvers- a 5.5 ish mile route with plenty of pace changes.
Paced Runs
 8:30/9 min mileing 6 miles,
 9:30 -10 min mileing 5 miles
 Run Walk group- usual 3 to 4 mile distance with some 30 second efforts included.
Plus the usual club routes. Buddy up.
No Kenyans due to cotswolds on Saturday. So will be a steady social run instead
