We did e mail you on 15 June saying we hoped to combine the AGM/EGM on 10 September but this might not have been clear to all members. Therefore we have decided to push back the AGM/ EGM to 24 September in order to ensure that we have enough time to carry out all processes in line with the constitution.

Therefore the new timetable is:

24th SeptemberAGM/ EGM on Zoom- log in details will be sent nearer the time  

19th August Nominations for Captains/ Vice Captains opened

3rd SeptemberNominations close ( this is an extended period)

8th SeptemberElectronic voting for Captains and Vice Captains opens if there is more than one nomination 

10th SeptemberAgenda and other documentation sent out 

22 SeptemberElectronic voting closes
